SOFFIT & FASCIA
VENTILATION, PROTECTION & CLEAN EXTERIOR FINISHING
Soffit and fascia do more than complete the roofline. Properly installed systems help ventilate the attic, protect exposed wood, manage moisture, support the gutter system, and give the exterior a clean finished appearance.
VENTILATED & SOLID SOFFIT
We install ventilated and solid soffit panels, repair damaged sections, and correct aging or poorly finished overhangs. Ventilated panels are used where attic intake is needed, while solid panels may be appropriate for non-vented areas, gables, porch ceilings, and specific architectural details.
BALANCED ATTIC INTAKE VENTILATION
Soffit ventilation provides the intake side of many attic ventilation systems. It must work with the exhaust at the roof. We consider existing ridge vents or roof vents, insulation conditions, blocked intake areas, and the amount of usable venting instead of treating perforated soffit as decoration.
HIDDEN-VENT & CLEAN-LINE OPTIONS
Hidden-vent soffit systems can provide intake ventilation while maintaining a cleaner appearance from the ground. The right system depends on the overhang depth, roof ventilation plan, existing framing, and the appearance you want for the finished home.
FASCIA REPLACEMENT & CUSTOM ALUMINUM CAPPING
We replace deteriorated fascia where needed and install custom-bent aluminum fascia for durable, low-maintenance protection. Trim is measured and formed for the property so the bends, laps, corners, and transitions finish cleanly.
WHAT MAY BE HIDING BEHIND THE METAL
Peeling paint, loose capping, sagging gutters, staining, animal damage, and soft areas can point to deteriorated wood or long-term moisture exposure. When the existing covering is removed, we explain the substrate condition and address necessary repairs before covering it again.
FREEZE BOARD, RAKE & TRIM DETAILS
Our crews handle freeze-board work, rake edges, transitions, corners, frieze details, porch areas, and coordinated trim so the roof, siding, gutters, and soffit system finish together correctly. These areas often require custom bending and field fitting rather than off-the-shelf pieces.
COORDINATED WITH GUTTERS & ROOFING
Fascia supports the gutter attachment, while soffit ventilation must work with the roof’s exhaust system. Coordinating the trades helps prevent a new gutter from being installed over damaged fascia or new soffit from being installed without considering ventilation.
REPAIRS, REMODELING & NEW CONSTRUCTION
Soffit and fascia work can be completed as a focused repair or coordinated with roofing, gutters, siding, storm restoration, remodeling, additions, and residential new construction. We work directly with homeowners, builders, restoration companies, and residential property managers.
AN INSPECTION BEFORE A RECOMMENDATION
Not sure whether you need a repair or full replacement? We will inspect the affected areas, explain the practical options, and provide a clear estimate without pushing unnecessary work.
